By purchasing services from RentProxy, you agree to the provision of mobile proxy services under the terms outlined in this agreement.
Users can load funds into their account using supported cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin (BTC), Monero (XMR), Litecoin (LTC), and Tether (USDT). All payments are processed via our third-party payment processor and are final upon receipt.
- a) Refund for Credit Deposits:
You have a 14-day cancellation right from the date of deposit to withdraw your funds without any service being rendered. Refunds can be requested within the 14-day period if no service has been provided yet. The funds will be refunded to the same cryptocurrency wallet from which they were received. Once services are rendered, no refunds are permitted.
- b) Mobile Proxy Service and Waiver of Cancellation:
By purchasing a mobile proxy service, you acknowledge and agree that service delivery begins immediately upon purchase, and you waive your right to a cancellation within the 14-day period. You explicitly agree that by starting the use of our mobile proxy service, you lose the right to cancel and refund the payment.
We strive to provide a stable and reliable service, maintaining an uptime of at least 92%. If the availability of our mobile proxy services falls below this threshold, you are entitled to a full refund of the price paid for the affected service.
You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our proxies does not violate any laws, including but not limited to laws related to privacy, data protection, and fraud. You must not use our services for any illegal or unethical activities, including but not limited to spamming, hacking, or any form of unauthorized access to systems.
You are responsible for keeping your account information secure. Any unauthorized access to your account should be immediately reported to us. We will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to secure your account details.
